| 商品説明(英) | This unfiltered wine is made from Koshu grapes grown in the Shimo-Iwasaki and Todoroki-Hikawa districts of Katsunuma, as well as the Hishiyama and Torii-hira hills, and fermented with wild yeast along with the grape skins and seeds. It features soft aromas reminiscent of violets and white peaches, accompanied by a fresh, well-defined acidity. Produced without chemical fertilizers or added preservatives, this wine pairs well with stir-fried pork or chicken and Japanese cuisine. It’s the perfect bottle to enjoy with your everyday meals. |
