| 商品説明(英) | This refreshing and umami-rich bonzu is made by marinating whole shiitake mushrooms in whole-soybean soy sauce, then blending in lemon and ishiru (fish sauce). The vinegar is a naturally fermented vinegar from Imagawa Brewing, and the mirin is Fukumitsuya’s Junmai Hon Mirin. Both are exquisite seasonings made exclusively from rice. |
