| 商品説明(英) | We’ve revived a recipe from the WAKAZE era and sourced the sake brewed back then to use as our brewing water. We then luxuriously brewed this sake by layering five botanicals—including jasmine tea, rose, and hibiscus—into the mixture. This limited-edition brew, recreated by today’s LINNÉ from the memorable recipe that marked the beginning of the “craft sake” genre, is a one-of-a-kind creation that can never be replicated. It is characterized by its floral aroma, soft rosé hue, and sweet-and-tart flavor. |
