| 商品説明(英) | A tomato-based pasta sauce that combines the rich umami flavor of spicy mentaiko with a kick of chili pepper. This dish is inspired by “Arrabbiata,” a classic Italian tomato sauce. This product is a collaboration with the Hakata Karashi Mentaiko Cooperative in Fukuoka Prefecture. It uses the “brine” left over after making spicy mentaiko. It’s perfect for tossing with cooked pasta, of course, but we also recommend it as a side dish to accompany rice. |
