| 商品説明(英) | This orange wine, made from Delaware grapes grown in Yamagata Prefecture using carbonic maceration, was crafted to deliver an exhilarating taste experience. Following whole-bunch fermentation, repeated pigeage was performed to carefully draw out the aromas and tannins derived from the grape skins. Thanks to extended aging, the wine has a lively character, with the Delaware grape’s vibrant aromas, fruitiness, sweetness, acidity, umami, and astringency beautifully harmonized. |
