| 商品説明(英) | Our Koji Dip Sauce (Plain) is made entirely from carefully selected ingredients, using shio-koji and amazake as a base. It is produced using domestically grown rapeseed and the “pressure-extraction method,” which involves applying pressure to the rapeseed to extract the oil without the use of chemical solvents. The garlic and ginger—which are key to the dip sauce’s flavor—are sourced domestically, and the vinegar is made by Imagawa Brewery using a static fermentation process. |
