| 商品説明(英) | This is one of our original products. We’ve adapted our fermented mapo tofu—which we usually serve at events—so you can enjoy it at home. It features a rich, complex flavor achieved by combining over 16 types of fermented seasonings—including sake lees, rice syrup, chili koji, Hatcho miso, and soy sauce koji—with 8 spices such as star anise, cardamom, and Japanese pepper. Since the heat level is milder than our event version, please adjust to your liking with chili flakes or doubanjiang. |
