We preserve the traditional aroma and flavor that our steadfast artisans have upheld for generations. Guided by our philosophy of “using safe, high-quality ingredients to create the finest products,” we craft each item with the utmost care. Our artisans visit farmers’ fields to select sesame seeds that meet their exacting standards. Using their sense of taste and smell, they roast the seeds at the precise moment when they are at their most delicious, and only the first pressing is used in our products. |
