| 商品説明(英) | We use Kaga vegetables—specifically “Gorojima Kintoki” sweet potatoes—roasted before incorporation. The result is a rich, fluffy flavor. “Kaga-Noto Specialty Vegetable Gelato” lets you savor the pure, unadulterated flavors of freshly squeezed raw milk from Oku-Noto and ingredients sourced from Ishikawa Prefecture. This handmade gelato was created by our in-house vegetable sommeliers in collaboration with “Margherita Gelato,” a gelato specialty shop in Noto Town. Please enjoy the simple sweetness of the vegetables, the natural goodness of the ingredients, and their authentic flavors. |
