The aging process rounds out the vinegar’s sharpness, resulting in a mellow flavor and the aroma of pineapple—a refreshing, easy-to-drink vinegar syrup that’s gentle on the body. We recommend diluting it 5:1 with soda water! You can also enjoy it mixed with ginger ale or stirred into yogurt. |
