| 商品説明(英) | A naturally brewed light soy sauce made with soybeans, wheat, and rice from Itoshima City, Fukuoka Prefecture, and Shimama salt from Okinawa. Driven by the passion of fourth-generation owner Yoshinori Jo, the family revived their in-house brewing, resulting in this product, “Genari,.” It is called “Genari” because it is a pure, unadulterated soy sauce, pressed immediately after brewing. The comma “,” serves as a pause, but it also signifies that many new developments will continue from this point onward. |
