| 商品説明(日) | トヨニシキは1970年代にはかなり大きく作付けされていて、1976年には全国でも大きな作付面積を持つ品種でした。男鹿でもこの時期に育てられ、男鹿の農家さんによると酒米としても納品していたようですが後年は「あきたこまち」「ひとめぼれ」などの良食味米に置き換わってしまい現在では作付されていません。男鹿で昔酒米として育てられていたと伺ったことでロマンを感じ、種籾を探していたところ、今回仁井田本家さんのご縁で種籾を分けていただき、秋田での栽培が実現しました。 |
| 商品説明(英) | Toyonishiki was widely cultivated in the 1970s, and by 1976, it was one of the varieties with the largest planted area nationwide. It was also grown in Oga during this period, and according to local farmers in Oga, it was supplied as sake rice; however, in later years, it was replaced by high-quality table rice varieties such as “Akita Komachi” and “Hitomebore,” and is no longer cultivated today. Hearing that it had once been grown as sake rice in Oga struck a romantic chord with me, so I began searching for seed rice. Thanks to a connection with the Niida Honke family, they kindly shared some seed rice with me, making it possible to cultivate this variety here in Akita. |
