This spring-inspired flavor lets you enjoy the delightful, grainy texture of the fruit’s seeds. From the “SHUKA” seed confectionery brand comes a plant-based gelato that puts “seeds” in the spotlight. It’s crafted using a unique recipe that replaces animal-based ingredients, such as milk, with seeds. We make use of the seed syrup produced during the candying process and top each gelato with the respective seeds. This is a new kind of gelato that lets you enjoy the flavor and texture of the seeds. |
