From the “SHUKA” seed confectionery brand comes a plant-based gelato that puts “seeds” in the spotlight. It’s crafted using a unique recipe that replaces animal-based ingredients, such as milk, with seeds. We make the most of the syrup produced during the candying process and use it as a topping for each type of seed. This is a new kind of gelato that lets you enjoy the flavor and texture of the seeds. |
