| 商品説明(英) | Made from Delaware and Niagara grapes grown in Yamagata Prefecture, this wine is fermented in amphorae and barrels, then aged entirely in amphorae. It offers a soft aroma, citrus notes reminiscent of Amanatsu, and a honey-like finish. It pairs well with dishes that highlight its mellow character, such as herb- and spice-infused dishes or light, creamy pasta dishes like pork belly and cabbage in cream sauce. |
