| 商品説明(英) | This is an elegant dashi stock base made with generous amounts of natural, domestically sourced ingredients. The ingredients include “Makurazaki single-line-caught bonito,” “Hokkaido ma-konbu,” and “dried shiitake mushrooms from Aichi Prefecture.” These carefully selected ingredients are slowly simmered in kettles at our own factory, then blended with “Asuke-style Mikawa Shirotamari” and “Sanshu Mikawa Mirin” to create a richly flavored stock. It’s perfect for home-cooked meals and dishes served to guests, such as oden, chawanmushi, and clear soups. It allows you to easily create a refined dish. |
