| 商品説明(英) | “Rōbai” is a junmai vinegar produced by Kawahara Suzo, a vinegar brewery in Ōno City, Fukui Prefecture. It is made using a traditional method in which sake is brewed from organically grown rice, and that sake is then slowly transformed into vinegar through static fermentation. It is characterized by a mellow and gentle acidity resulting from this extended fermentation process. It can be used in a wide variety of dishes, such as vinegared dishes and dressings. |
