It has a flavor reminiscent of Japanese-style rum raisins. “Kaga-Noto Specialty Vegetable Gelato” lets you savor the pure, natural flavors of freshly squeezed raw milk from Oku-Noto and ingredients sourced from Ishikawa Prefecture. This handmade gelato was created by our vegetable sommeliers in collaboration with “Margherita Gelato,” a gelato specialty shop in Noto Town.
