| 商品説明(英) | Inspired by traditional sauce-flavored rice crackers, the Enshu Specialty Products Council commissioned Torii Sauce to produce this product. It is made with non-glutinous rice from Iwate Prefecture and seasoned with the company’s special sauce. Faithfully recreating the traditional flavor, the crackers are thoroughly coated with the sauce, which not only adds color but also imparts a well-balanced blend of sweetness and spiciness unique to sauce—a flavor profile not found in soy sauce. |
