| 商品説明(英) | At Roadside Station Noroshi in Suzu City, located at the tip of the Noto Peninsula, the oboro tofu made with locally grown “Ohama soybeans” and natural nigari is a popular item. This is “Okara Saison,” a beer brewed using the “okara” (soybean pulp) produced during tofu making. The owner was approached by a friend who had taken over the roadside station and wanted to create a souvenir beer; he connected the friend with NAT.BREW, and this product was the result. |
