These butter peanuts are made from peanuts that have been slowly dried in the field for one month using the traditional “Rakka-bocchi” drying method, which has a history of over 145 years. The “Chiba Hantate” variety—beloved by the people of Chiba Prefecture—is carefully shelled by hand by seniors and residents of welfare facilities in the local city of Asahi, then fried until crispy and fragrant. |
