We use whole soybean soy sauce from Saitama, organically grown yuzu juice from Kochi, authentic mirin from Aichi, raw sugar from Tanegashima, Koshu miso from Yamanashi, sun-dried sea salt from Mexico, thick-shaved bonito flakes from Shizuoka, Hidaka Mitsuishi kelp, dried shiitake mushrooms from Oita, and Totsuka Brewery’s “Heart Vinegar.” This ponzu sauce is made with all our “heart” to bring you a smile and the joy of saying, “Delicious!” |
