| 商品説明(英) | A premium product crafted exclusively from organically grown rice, groundwater from Mount Fuji, and the natural action of koji mold, yeast, and acetic acid bacteria. For every liter of rice vinegar, we use four times the amount of rice required by the “rice vinegar” labeling standards. We prepare the mixture in earthenware jars, allowing it to ferment naturally and age for an extended period, then bottle the delicious supernatant as is. Since it is unfiltered, you can enjoy its rich, full-bodied flavor and aroma. |
